I purchased a file but I can't download it
As we are updating our karaoke and backing tracks Internet service everyday, please allow us delay to produce and upload our files to our download server. You may request a deadline with our provided calendar. MIDI files are all available for download in 24 hours max during our working days.
How can I download my order ?
Please go to your account, login - then click on "View the orders I have made", then select the order (View) and right click (or Option on a Mac) the download file link + "save as". You have 10 tries per file. Please contact us if you don't succeed to download your file.
Are all files ready for download after payment ?
We are updating our website in order to make all our of files available for download after payment. Availability depends on file format and production. We may have delay for audio production and/or files upload. Please answer to our delay confirmation email. If this delay does not meet your requirements, payment will be cancelled or account credited.
What kind of payment do you accept ?
We accept VISA or MASTERCARD credit card thru our SSL secure payment system (Paybox) and Paypal. We also accept wire transfer payment only for CEE countries for all orders amount. Paypal is accepted from 5 Euro total amount, European wire transfer from 10 Euro
I can't finalize my order (no payment validation page)
This can occurs when a product reference has changed. Click on your "CART", the select product(s) where no availability message appears ("Instant download" or "Pre order only"). Select the left checkbox, then click on "Update" button
Click on "FILES - TELECHARGEMENT" on the DOWNLOAD column located on right of your screen. The number indicates the # of files ready to be downloaded
Use right click mouse button (or option on Mac) + "save as". The file you download must have .MP3 or .MID extension.
If no link appears :
- title needs to be audio produced or uploaded (your have beenrequested a deadline).
- download remaining = 0 - please click on "My account", select the order and click the "No" Button where "Download OK ?" message appears.
- Payment receipt not confirmed. This could happens if you didn't return our website after payment. Please contact us and provide payment ticket.
